Kegel balls

In the 1940s, the research of the doctor Arnold Kegel popularized the knowledge of the pelvic floor muscles in women. These studies revealed that after childbirth and in old age, significant changes in the muscles of the vagina and anus take place. It has been established that the number of women who suffer from urinary incontinence is increasing. Kegel proposed an experimental therapy based on contractile exercises carried out on the so-called balls. These exercises contributed to a significant strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles, which made the problem in the test group begin to decrease. An additional effect resulting from regular exercise was a significant sensitization of the vaginal walls and an increase in the feeling of love.

The balls are made of high-quality silicone. This model is 16.5cm long, 29mm in diameter and weighs 60g. It is equipped with double balls that resonate when worn and help to sensitize the body to the sensations of love.
